Returns for New & Used Products

To qualify for a refund or exchange, all products must meet the following criteria:

  • Return Window: Products must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • New Products: Must be unused, in original packaging, and in brand-new condition to receive a full refund.
  • Used Products: Must be returned in the same condition as received. Restocking fees of up to 40% may apply. If accessories or original components are missing, an additional 10% fee may be charged.

Defective Items

Defective products may be eligible for replacement within the manufacturer’s warranty period, subject to their warranty policy.

  • Some manufacturers require customers to file warranty claims directly.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived defective upon delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Glass products are not covered under warranty unless damaged upon arrival.
  • Contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Return Process

To ensure smooth processing of your return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Clearly write the RA number on all sides of the return package.
  3. Include all original accessories and parts (excluding used glassware like whips).
  4. We are not responsible for items returned without an RA number.
  5. If the returned item is deemed fully functional, it will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Returns that do not meet our policy requirements may be refused.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Expedited shipping fees selected during purchase are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using insured shipping—we are not liable for lost or damaged packages.
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for return processing once your item arrives at our facility.

International Returns

Returns from international customers are handled case-by-case due to customs, duties, and high shipping costs.

Note: Unless stated otherwise, all vaporizers are 110v. Customers assume all responsibility for damage caused by incompatible voltage or the use of converters/adapters.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to cancel it. If it has already shipped, it must be returned following the standard return process.
